News Item: ChipTorque Dyno Day & Concours D'Elegance - Sat 7th May 2011

Chip Torque have again kindly agreed to host these two great events at their premises in Nerang. Both events will run concurrently on the Saturday morning and participants can enter in both events.
When - Saturday 7th May from 8am to lunch time
Location – Chip Torque 3/3/10 Lawrence Drive Gold Coast QLD 4211 (07) 5596 4204
Catering - Food will be provided to all members and drinks will be available for purchase ($1) on the day and limited seating will be provided (bring your soft chairs)
Dyno Day:
Cost $60 for a dyno run and colour copy of the chart for your vehicle
Maximum of 20 participants – spots will be allocated as payment is received
You need to complete registration forms and details of your car (makes for a more interesting participation and viewing on the day) and send back to me via email. This form will be available shortly.
Concours:
Judging sheet will be available soon
It is a great reason to give your car the thorough clean that it has needed for ages now and also showcase your vehicle for the day.
Cost is $10 to cover costs of trophies and prizes. There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize and also some specific prizes
Payment and confirming your place for the Dyno and/or Concours:
To arrange your place for the dyno day or concours, please contact the treasurer to make payment (your place will not be confirmed or written up until this has occurred). Please also email email when payment has been processed so we can add your name to the list. Payment can be arranged by the following means:
Payment can be made by calling or SMS the Treasurer on 0416 053 241 with your Mastercard or VISA details (Cardholders Name, Card Number, Expiry Date, 3 digit Security Number). You can pay into the club bank account and then email the Treasurer on email to let them know (NAB, BSB 084423 ACC 699 084 817). Make sure your deposit includes your Name and the Event (Concours or Dyno). You can also pay by cash, credit card or cheque at any Club Meeting.
**If you wish to take advantage of the membership renewal credit of $40, please advise the Treasurer at the time of payment.**
