I’m a 44-year-old father of 3 great kids, Ryan 20, Jade 18 & Jordyn 7. I’ve been a self-employed with my own company Essential IT Services P/L for the last 16 years. I look after many of the Gold Coast Resorts reservations systems, access control systems and networks.
I bought my first MY99 WRX brand new in 1999 then 5 years later bought a MY03 WRX wagon and now my MY03 STi. I’ve only in the last couple of years became interested in my car for more than just transport and it started with me changing the head lights for some after market ones as the stock lights had yellowed. Once I’d done that and I thought it looked good my modifying addiction kicked in hard from there.
I’m proud to say I’ve done all of the work myself after learning about it by reading forums, watching YouTube, harassing my mechanic, asking questions on the WRX & STI Owners Australia Facebook page and stalking Daniel, Rob & Tim at Car Mods Australia.
